Professional Pathways

It doesn’t matter whether you join us from school or from university: we will train you. Neither is the subject of your studies important; what matters to us is that you are bright, professional and a clear communicator.

We’ll provide structured development on audit, accounts and tax, systems training and IT delivered by our own experts and the best external practitioners. We work closely with Kaplan, whose training encompasses leading online learning technologies, award-winning study materials and highly experienced tutors.

You’ll develop your wider interpersonal and professional skills again with internal and external providers. After you’ve qualified, we’ll continue to support your growth through additional professional qualifications, new development programmes, a range of work opportunities and careers guidance.

To give you a flavour of what you can expect, we’ve developed two interactive pathways. We like to be flexible and so are the routes you can take but they will give you a good idea about the roads to qualification, and the support you’ll get from Kaplan along the way:
