Andrew Levene

Andrew, who is both a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Tax Adviser, has many years’ experience advising clients on their corporate and shareholder tax affairs.  Having previously worked for a Big 4 and a large accountancy firm, he has extensive experience of advising both large international and owner managed businesses on corporate transactions including buying, selling and reorganising a business.

For much of his career he has had a strong focus on real estate, advising property groups, property investment funds and other property owners on structuring their transactions. He is the author of the 5th edition of the textbook “Taxation of Land Transactions” and a member of the CIOT Property Taxes committee.  Like Anthony Newgrosh, Andrew has contributed to the Tax Journal “Ask an Expert” column.
