He provides a complete service to his clients, allowing them to maximise their overall income and minimise their overall tax by harmonising their corporate and personal finances. He works closely with colleagues in the tax, wealth and private client teams to provide a comprehensive service to his clients.
Simon advises his clients when they are making major decisions such as moving premises, hiring staff, capital expenditure and expanding their businesses. This is why, for many of his clients, he is their trusted adviser.
Economics graduate, charity trustee
Simon has a degree in Economics from the University of Bath.
He joined BKL as an ACA trainee after university and has worked his way up to partner.
Simon is one of the trustees of The BKL Foundation, which donates a percentage of BKL’s profits to good causes each year.

International badminton player in his youth
Simon represented England as a badminton player from all age groups through to British universities. During that time he competed in tournaments throughout Europe and as far afield as Malaysia.
In his spare time, Simon enjoys travelling, playing golf and a good glass of wine.
